The Tin Shop - Terms and Conditions -

We don't have a lot of terms and conditions and those we have are fair and fairly simple.

1. You may phone us with your order if you wish - (937) 256-5044.
2. When you order on this website, we will call you for payment when we have the total amount.
3. When you place an order, it is firmly yours, and we will not give it to anyone else - and we expect you to honor your order.
4. Freight charges are shipping costs plus a charge for the box, filler, tape, and address label.
5. We insist on insurance for the shipping, at cost, because we want to be sure you get this item(s) in good shape or get a replacement at no cost to you, as you would expect.
6. There will be a 20% restock charge for items returned for refund (no reimbursement for shipping). You pay return shipping and insurance.
7. You're welcome to drop in and inspect our facilities any time we're open when you're in town.
